How to Get Other Websites to Link Back to Your Website
The second thing you do have to do though for SEO is getting other websites to link back to your website. You can subscribe to a newsletter called Helper of Border Out, which comes out three times per day during the week and it's filled with requests from journalists and bloggers. Another thing you can do is guest posting, where essentially you reach out to recruiting publications, HR publications, or industry specific publications that are just relevant to your industry.
