Vulnerability is thought of as something these days in a lot of circles that you should maybe strive for. And so I hadn't even thought about how really the word more often has meant like not necessarily negative, but yeah, it is sort of like a weak point in some ways. "I think folks like Brené Brown and others who I really respect and admire do call us to kind of courageously go into that space of vulnerability," she says.
