How to Successfully Integrate New Companies

You have to make sure that all your key leaders are totally part of this process. After the decision is made to do it, they've got to be committed making this a success. Don't wait until you buy the company to have what's the plan after we buy it? Before you buy its part of the diligence. Who's in charge ofit? Who owns it? Who's to be responsible if it doesn't go right, that you're going to yellow it and try to fix it? Those are so important, because otherwise it's apsly not going to happen.
