The Importance of Consensus in Group Discussions

A bias in a group discussion could happen when, for example, four people want to do something and the other three people in the room are unsure. If you have like one smart person and three midwits, the midwits might agree on something and overpower the fourth person just due to numbers. So yeah, I think that's another thing that I personally would take on a case-by-case basis.
