The Pros and Cons of Working for a German Agency

I think there's a lot of power in the proximity or like how far away you are from whoever's trying to hire you. The closer you are, the better your chances of getting the job. So they asked to have some artists or from Germany because as things they have to deal with the same issues like we with the time zones. But as I've seen the development of the agencies themselves, they started up and went from zero to being a big agency right now. And so far it just fits at matches. I'm happy.
