The Product Owner Is a Key Roll in Scrum Teams
The product owner is an outwardly facing role that's engaged with the customer a lot, and the product manager is doing the work of helping the developers know what to do. In scrum context, you need to have the development team be accountable for producing results. A self contained, cross functional team feels that we have all the response of all the capabilities on that team to execute. The teams have to make their own decisions so they can't point fingers at anybody else.
