Palm Valley's Strategy for Absolute Return Over a Full Market Cycle

Palm Valley is trying to achieve an attractive absolute return over a full market cycle. Over that period, we've averaged being invested about 20, 25%. So we're in mid-70 range cash over that period. We went into COVID with a very large weight of cash because we weren't finding a lot of value. Small cap valuations have never been more expensive.
