The Difference Between CEOs and Executive Pastors

The three of us function as an equal team. We all report to our board of directors, which is our spirit. And also we have a, it's called a lead pastor council. So really bringing spiritual accountability to us as a team as well. Most executive pastors of churches of over 1000 in attendance effectively function as CEOs. Or C O O for sure they do. Whatever title you want to put on it, all you're doing is caring for the body. That doesn't include the greed or the private jets or this or that or the other thing.
