Coaching - What Is It Like?

On the leadership side it ends up being a lot more custom I have a number of people who are small business owners or, or people who are looking at making that move to leadership. And I got some group programs and do some individual stuff around how to help people through that. We can certainly work on pragmatic stuff like resume and LinkedIn strategies and all that stuff but I try and take a really holistic approach to this process so that people aren't just getting like hey, you know they come in saying I want a new jobYeah we want to reach that goal but I want you to be a different person and thinking differently. So you can be successful through this change and beyond.
