How to Build Consistency in Your Meditation Practice

If you want to start having a meditation practice, mindfulness practice, don't go. Sit down and say I'm going to do 30 focused breaths. Maybe that's your number. If that's the thing that you almost laugh at, just keep doing that. You will naturally build up over time. Don't have a timeline of when you need to change it. The natural progression is playing a long game as opposed to wanting an outcome now.
