The Soviet Union's Bio Defense Lab in Casick Stand

In two thousand 15, we essentially built a bio defense lab in casick stand. It's one of our main flagship labs as part of this defense threat reduction agency. Now, the whole claim about what the soviet union used to have, or what they were working on, it's hard to trust all that, cause that all comes from us. But what does that mean?
