How to Write a Procedure Binder for Your Business

Josh: I had a call just a few weeks ago from a client who wanted some work in Florida. He said, I need you to write a procedures binder for me, Josh. Just fly out here, stay for a few weeks, do the whole binder. After I explained them, that wasn't really going to help him. We decided we should just part ways, right? The reason why is we've actually seen it.
