The Importance of Knowing Your Why
Deepa Chopra: It's important for a person like me to know my why. Why am I here? What is my value? And then I can evaluate how the organization responds to me. She says women of color don't often get feedback in any sort of level of detail. Chopra: We have to get more comfortable advocating for ourselves and finding ways that really allow us to gain more information.
