Should I Do Barbell Squats?
The hand is just too integral to every one of the bar bell exercises, and there's just not a hell of a lot you're going to be able to do. A six months from now, i don't think you can even bench press or press while this is healing. Be real careful about loading with plates. Get somebody else to load it for you. You could probably do no browler, push browler. He belt around his belly and pull on ow. I think he probably push prowler with an open hand. Just be careful, don't slip. Right? Ithink, you could do that. And if i were you, i would do exactly what the surgeon tells
