Is This Impact Full?

i'm more on the am training side right so i'm helping a lot of softer engineers actually get better. But recently, this year, actually half of the year, i spent on a research project with the start up. And te helped them come up with a framework on what makes developers develop experience really great. So i can totally relate to to that. A, but this experimental nature of research and start up, somehow there was also a lot of tension, i would say, right? There was a lot of teo. You know, it's very different than in an academic world, you have like these question and here it was every day.
