Coach Ed: I'm very much in a assessment for learning. So you do it continuously and you work with people over time to see where they're going off track, offer them support. And that's how you differentiate and individualized programs. He says there are still high stakes end of point assessments. But if we only got halfway there, it would still be better than what we have now.
