The Negative Effects of Regulation on Football

The regulation is not designed to protect historic not county against relegation or the impact of sporting sanctions. It's to protect them from having absolute idiot owners who steal all the money, run the club horribly and end up with it just going out of business. That should not be the only opportunity that innovative and emerging forest green rovers have to get into football. I'm not particularly pleased to see it included in the club's accounts at a risk when other clubs are seeing it. If you look at the bottom of the table this season for example, point being it's made a very very strong league so why couldn't that be the case for the whole, for divisions of the whole pyramid?
