The Dismantling of Public Schools in Kansas
The bill was taken up at 3 15 am. People don't seem to be paying attention, but because all day long they were getting emails from people and even in the evening the bill kind of changed its shape. There were still people watching and I think that really made a difference. So good old fashioned grassroots communication and organizing carried the day in Kansas.
