i think this is such a greatques, because so many people probably feel trapped or stuck in a roll that maybe they don't think is giving them enough space to like spread their u x wings. So let's say you're working at a company right now, and maybe you want to get into research, but you don't do research right now. Well, this'ud be a great opportunity to think about, like, what could my research job look like? And then i think there's no harm in proposing some research around whatever areas these are, right?
