What Is Empathy?
I think one of the amazing things about finding the depth if I can find the depth of brokenness and despair, my own abasement and myself. What I pass beyond is the realm of judgment and it's literally igniting a spark of dignity. And thereby what happens is that the heart breaks open literally breaks open there once again you have the image of fire and that's compassion. That challenges us every time we personally come up to somebody who's homeless.
