The Difference Between a Rear Foot Strike and a Knot on Rearfoot Strike?
The primary joint load during a rear foot strike is going to be at the knee and then also at the hip. With a heel strike, you're going to see a lot more load at the quadruceps and the glots when you land. The injury rates do are different. But as man said, injury rates don't change. So o, that does not matter.
