Once you reach a certain age, it can take six months to 12 months to put on the amount of muscle you'd lose from 10 days of inactivity. What is that when you're 23? I don't know, but it wouldn't be as dramatic. It seemed like when I was 23, doesn't this nothing matter? Yeah. Just do whatever.
