The Government's Plan to Bailed Out a Water Company
Taxpayers would be on the hook for all these borrowings that the company has. They say all options are being investigated, as you would expect. People could get really scared if they feel there's a problem with their water supply. So they want to give reassurance. But the reality is a bit like the banks, remember, in 2008, because it's such a vital utility, literally can't do without it. These are too big to fail.
