Quality Care Is Desirable
We should be doing everything we can to give good quality care. Sometimes there are tensions between different aspects of quality. And sometimes you've got to make judgments about the how to reconcile those things. There could be no perfect way of priortizing all of them. I mean, i've had times where i'v thought, i just want to sit down and have a chat with this patient... that's better than any medicine or surgical intervention.
