How to Eat a Healthy Life

I like to be in bed lights out by nine 30 or 10. I may or may not, you know, eat before I pick them up or eat after I just really depends on how the day is structured on the weekends. We're very diligent about family meals during the week. It's because we have so many different schedule sports events things. But generally speaking, that's kind of how my days are structured. And again, I'll have the same kind of plug and play: 50 to 60 grams of protein, more non-sarchy vegetables, lots of water.
