How Does Your Team Define Success?

Success for me would look like a team that talks to one another and that there isn't a direct line of communication through me. Another dynamic that comes up when we're meeting as a team is that I get overprotective of my staff and I jump in and step on their toes because I'm afraid of consequences coming down on them. So somebody on my team might start a thought or start a suggestion and I will literally interrupt and take it because I want the heat on me. And when you do that who does that help?
