When i get this right, stephen, when i get your approach correct, these dividends that are far beyond, far beyond anything that you could imagine. I will tell you, as a guy who tries to live this with my team, it is very hard up front. So in a sense, at first you're going slow, whereas with command and control, you thelt. Youcan just go fast and just dictate. But by going slow, you're creding, byin you're getting commitment, you're involving,. And then once you do that, because you went slow at front, then you can go fast afterwards. Nothing is as fast as the speed of trust.
