The magnitude of the stress that you can impose on your legs with calistatics is considerably less than with tree weights. Leg bands are designed to build muscle and strength because they are lighter weight and higher raps. In fact, in the morning, i do cordial with on by the time i'm done with cardio or a leg press or anything like that. I believe it is more effective at making your blood flow better yet if you want to incorporate calistetics into your training.
