The Desire to Equalize

If the desire to equalize has more envy in there than a person wants to admit, what ends up happening is that they replace themselves and people like them as the people who have the unearned status. They haven't actually solved anything. They've just swapped roles. The challenge with envy is that it erodes people's,. what they believe is their positive, positive intention and motivation to make, to turn things for the better. If there is a heavy dosing of envy in there, when they get into a position of power, should they be able to do that? Should they be ableto be influential?
