The Evolution of AI in Mathematics Education

I started my research career in signal processing and I quickly turned to machine learning. My goal from that point on has been to research how AI can be used in mathematics education. The latest advances in AI did not really alter how these use cases were being used in practice. In this specific area of mathematics education, we saw that it does force us to rethink things.
