Introduction

Birkenstock is considering an IPO and it's owned by Elle Caddaton. If they decide to go ahead with the listing which is meant to be happening in September, Birkenstock is said to be valued at more than $8 billion. Google searches for the brand have more than cordy pulled in the US since January 2020 so I guess the question now is what makes a successful IPO listing in fashion?
