The Importance of Staying Open to New Opportunities

I realized at a certain point after my second traditionally published book came up that maybe my career as a published author was over. And it wasn't until I stopped resisting that other opportunity started to just reveal themselves. The more you keep holding on to things for fear of letting them go, the longer it will take for the next thing to materialize.
