Your body is going to do what your body does based on your life style. You could have two individuals that look exactly the same, but their choices of activity a might be significantly different as well. So i think being realistic with ah your goals in the time and what you can actually do with your exercise to get to that goal are extremely important. And then plan out, as long as the diet, a reverse diet period before they even consider gtting back into fat loss. It's almost like you do windows of like, 20 weeks, like that's realistic.
