In order to change a habit, you have to change the way you think about it. As long as we can see that kindness does feel better than being mean, our brains are just going to be in whatever old habit they have. We don't have to change anything. The framework, the neural networks are already there. And if we weren't wired for kindness, there would be no help for us as a species. I'm thankful for that.
