The Ankylosaurus Club
The club, that offensive part of an Ankylosaurus' anatomy, is really extraordinary. One reason it could have been used as a defense against predation and another idea was that it was used in sexual display. I think males would basically wallop each other with their clubs, and see if they could do damage to each other until one of them wandered off. It's like well-armed medieval knights,. almost impenetrable for a Tyrannosaurus even with its jaws of its teeth to dig its teeth into. So I think a lot of these offensive structures could have been use in display between Ankylosaura' there was an early relative, actually it's not an early relative
