The Dharma of Being Sensitive

The more we befriend our own sentience and let ourselves be the sentient being that we are, the more we're going to be impacted even by watching a play or a movie. And maybe we get to the point where we're sensitive or so sensitive that watching like so called entertainment which is really somebody else's trauma. We've made a story out of it and then we've made a movie. So we know we're we're playing our edge when we get a little overwhelmed. That's how we know it's an edge. Otherwise we're not we're not sure, but we can we feel we feel like even watching some kind of miserable movie.
