How Do We Engage Clinical Faculty?

Mallory: We're trying to create a new labor model for teaching that looks much like the medical profession, clinical faculty working in a hospital training residence. She says we can drive retention of our best teachers by rethinking the faculty structure and making them clinical faculty similar to what you would see at a medical school. Mallory: It's giving these educators the chance to feel like they're still continuing to grow in their craft without leaving the classroom.
