"This is not a time for judgment and wrath remember mercy. Lord, you can't judge it now," he said. "I believe under the soil of the cynicism and the secularism of New York City is a move of God waiting for hungry people to pray it in" He says revival is when enough Christians want the city to look like that instead of looking like the desert they call on the name of the Lord.
