Arrow's Dr. Ashon Kirkpatrick Report - Is He in Charge?
This is the first release from Arrow and Dr. Kirkpatrick hasn't been in the role that long. I would look to potentially the 2023 report as a better example of what he's capable of. What I'd really love to see is an emphasis on the legislation that has been emphasizing that if anything is found to be a man-made craft, throw away. They're clearly interested in the more anomalous crafts and events. But there are still certain things they can tell us. For example, hey, we've found five events in the last year of craft that exhibit four or more of the five observables, and we're looking into it.
