Alex Prudom is the nephew of Julia Child. He co-wrote her memoir, My Life in France. His book Dinner with the President takes a page from his aunt's interest in the White House. The first one she did was in 1967 when Lyndon Johnson was president. She made a documentary that went behind the scenes of the affair.
