Tara is based in Vancouver, and has a deep passion for film that originated in her hometown of Calgary. As a proud member and advocate of the LGBTQIA+ community, Tara brings her background in competitive softball, where she excelled as a player and coach, to her work in the film industry. Starting her journey as a Script Supervisor on an indie film, Tara's unwavering dedication and exceptional talent propelled her to the position of Director on the renowned TV series Riverdale. Throughout her time on the show, Tara has successfully directed multiple episodes, showcasing her remarkable skills and creative vision. With an unyielding commitment to honing her craft, Tara is determined to continue writing, producing, and directing her own compelling content in the future.
