The Importance of Taking Care of Your Body
If you aren't taking care of your body, it can make it very challenging for you to think clearly. Over the past few months, I've made a number of changes that have impacted my life in a very positive way. The first major change was that over a month ago, I stopped drinking alcohol. And because of a healing shoulder injury, I haven't been lifting any weights but with just these exercises alone, I am building up muscle. As I lose more weight, I can also feel that some of the formerly flabby areas of my body are starting to tighten up. My mood is improved and I handle stressful situations significantly better.
