Radiologist Bruce Wexler says he sees opportunities where medicine is not delivered in the best possible way or surgery, medical care. The most acute problems that I can think of are the ones in actual procedure delivery, wexler says. To treat depression, for example, it only works in about half the patients; one possibility is they're just not putting it in the right place every time.
