Is the Semiology a Critical Component in Localisation of Seizures?

When we're talking about resective epilepsy surgery, yes. We're talking about patients who have refractory focal epilepsy. Some of the patients may suffer from just focal aware or unaware seizures. But in a large proportion of them, there will be secondary generalised seizures. And those are the patients who are actually are more at risk of sudep.
