How to Improve Your Video Retention
The average percent viewed is a really good indicator of how well your content is being watched. The title thumbnail can affect your retention that can affect your apv. There's so many different metrics like you can't just fixate on one thing and then make these huge sweeping decisions based on that. i'd say if i was to give advice as far as improving apv it would be competing against yourself, working on some things that we know can help with retention.
