Using Task Batching to Improve Your Productivity
Research shows that people who when we trans when we er transition from one task to another constantly, lose 30 % of their productivity. What's recommended for most people is three periods of about 20 minutes a day when you check your email and then you shut it off whenever possible. And making phone calls when i'm very focused, i write away from my desk, and if there's calse the smell, will take it,. because i have to focus. If i take every call that comes in, i would never get anything done.
