Soulyi absolutely have seen it reverse. Witho going ta laboratory and using a gas exchange test, it's pretty easy to see the the percentage of fat versus carbohydrates that are burned at different intensities for the athlete. Most people will never go into a lab a because it's not accessible or expensive. But we have when we have opportunities to get people who we don't suspect we're getting great bi end from on this heroic deficiency end of thi discussion. And with a monitor and just o simple understandingof all this, you can easily do that exactlyand get you 90% of the way there.
