Quality is based on who the end user is going to be, so we may proceed quality in different ways. If it's we're being rushed, we have to turn something over quickly versus when we have a little bit more time and a little more dedication and we will produce a better product. So there's all kinds of things that we see tracked. It depends on what part of the country you're in. I'm surprised at how often I see like hair found in the tray, right?
