How to Get Into a State of Scatter Focus

We expend mental energy when we have to regulate our attention in one way or another. When we do something that gets us into scatter focus, we replenish that reservoir of mental energy. For some people, this will look like a walk through nature; for others it might be listening to an olivia rodrigo album and just lying down on the couch thinking about life. Anything that is simple and habitual and leads your mind to wander is a wonderful candidate for something to do to get into a state of scatter focus. It's definitely something i've been a little more conscious about bringing into my life, i know.
