Julia Kirkea is Executive Vice President at BP for Strategy, Sustainability and Ventures. She has also received a special responsibility for BP's ethics and compliance. Julia was a senior partner at McKinsey, where she headed their global downstream oil and gas practice. Before we go any further, I should declare that Joe Hambroughs, a shareholder in BP, all of our UK equity funds, for example, own positions in the stock.
